- 1 cucumber, seeded and sliced in half lengthwise
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups small salad croutons
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup sugared pecans
- Cranberry Vinaigrette
