Good Morning Sunshine Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Nature’s Greens® Kale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 Fuji apple, chopped
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
Instructions:
  1. Combine kale and water in a blender and blend until kale is liquefied.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
